법원조직법 제60조(경찰공무원의 파견 요구)

① 재판장은 법정에서의 질서유지를 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 개정 전후에 상관없이 관할 경찰서장에게 경찰공무원의 파견을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
