법원조직법 제74조의2(교수의 지위 등)

① 판사나 검사가 아닌 사법연수원 교수(이하 "전임교수"라 한다)는 특정직공무원으로 한다.

② 전임교수의 임기는 10년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 신규채용되는 교수는 3년의 범위에서 한 차례만 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 기간을 정하여 임용할 수 있다.

③ 전임교수의 정년은 판사에 준하고, 징계에 관하여는 「법관징계법」을 준용한다. 이 경우 「법관징계법」(제5조는 제외한다) 중 "법관"은 "전임교수"로 본다.

④ 전임교수의 직명과 임용 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
