법인세법 제122조의2(등록전산정보자료의 요청)

국세청장은 특수관계인 및 대통령령으로 정하는 지배주주등의 판단을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 법원행정처장에게 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조제4항에 따른 등록전산정보자료를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 법원행정처장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 협조하여야 한다.
