변호사법 제58조의22(구성원 등)

① 법무조합은 7명 이상의 변호사로 구성하며, 그중 2명 이상이 통산하여 10년 이상 「법원조직법」 제42조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 직에 있었던 자이어야 한다.

② 법무조합은 구성원 아닌 소속 변호사를 둘 수 있다.

③ 법무조합이 제1항에 따른 구성원의 요건을 충족하지 못하게 된 경우에는 3개월 이내에 보충하여야 한다.
