변호사법 제93조(대한변호사협회 변호사징계위원회의 구성)

① 대한변호사협회 변호사징계위원회(이하 "변협징계위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2017.12.19>

(1) The^ð디 Attorney어터니 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korean코^r리언 Bar바 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "KBA케이비에이 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee")커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 members:멤버즈

② 변협징계위원회에 위원장 1명과 간사 1명을 두며, 위원장과 간사는 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(2) The^ð더 KBA케이비에이 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 secretary,세크^r러테^r리 who후 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

③ 제1항의 위원을 추천하거나 선출할 때에는 위원의 수와 같은 수의 예비위원을 함께 추천하거나 선출하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) are아 recommended^r레커멘디드 or오 elected,일렉티드 the^ð더 same세임 number넘버 of어^v브 alternate올터넛 members멤버즈 shall섈 also올소 be비 recommended^r레커멘디드 or오 elected.일렉티드

④ 변호사의 자격을 취득한 날부터 10년이 지나지 아니한 자는 위원장이나 판사ㆍ검사ㆍ변호사인 위원 또는 예비위원이 될 수 없다.

⑤ 위원과 예비위원의 임기는 각각 2년으로 한다.

(5) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 and앤드 alternate올터넛 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 two투 years이어즈 each.이치

⑥ 변협징계위원회의 위원 및 예비위원은 제94조에 따른 법무부징계위원회의 위원 및 예비위원을 겸할 수 없다.

(6) Members멤버즈 and앤드 alternate올터넛 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 KBA케이비에이 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 shall섈 not낫 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 serve서^v브 as애즈 members멤버즈 or오 alternate올터넛 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Justice저스티스 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 94.
