병역법 시행령 제153조의2(재해보상금의 종류 등)

① 법 제75조의2에 따른 재해보상금은 사망보상금과 장애보상금으로 나눈다.

② 법 제75조의2제2항에 따라 재해보상금은 순직하거나 공상 또는 공무상 질병을 얻은 사회복무요원 또는 대체복무요원의 복무기관이 국가기관인 경우에는 국가가, 지방자치단체의 기관인 경우에는 해당 지방자치단체가, 공공단체인 경우에는 해당 공공단체가 부담한다. 이 경우 순직, 공상 및 공무상 질병의 분류 기준과 범위는 병무청장이 정한다. <개정 2011.11.23, 2013.12.4, 2020.6.30>
