병역법 시행령 제18조의6(입영판정검사의 연기)

① 제129조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로서 입영일 전에 연기 사유가 해소되어 입영판정검사를 받고 입영할 수 있는 사람은 법 제14조의3제6항에 따라 입영판정검사를 연기할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 입영판정검사의 연기를 받으려는 사람은 입영판정검사일 전일까지 연기원서(전자문서로 된 원서를 포함한다)를 지방병무청장에게 제출해야 한다.
