병역법 시행령 제29조의3(임기제부사관 전문인력 양성기관의 지정기준 등)

① 법 제20조의3제1항에 따른 임기제부사관 전문인력 양성기관(이하 "전문인력양성기관"이라 한다)의 지정기준은 별표 1의3과 같다.

② 법 제20조의3제3항에 따른 전문인력양성기관의 운영성과 평가기준은 별표 1의4와 같다.

③ 법 제20조의3제4항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 미치지 못한 경우"란 별표 1의4의 평가기준에 따른 평점평균이 2년 연속 80점 미만인 경우로서 국방부장관이 사업수행이 곤란하다고 판단하는 경우를 말한다.
