병역법 시행령 제32조(상근예비역소집 대상자의 선발 등의 통지)

지방병무청장은 법 제21조제2항에 따라 상근예비역소집 대상자를 선발하거나 같은 조 제4항에 따라 상근예비역소집 대상자의 선발을 취소한 경우에는 본인에게 지체 없이 그 사실을 통지하여야 한다.
