병역법 제20조의3(임기제부사관 전문인력 양성기관의 지정 등)

① 국방부장관은 임기제부사관을 안정적으로 확보하기 위하여 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 고등학교 중 특정분야의 인재양성을 목적으로 하는 교육을 전문적으로 실시하는 고등학교를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 임기제부사관 전문인력 양성기관(이하 "전문인력 양성기관"이라 한다)으로 지정할 수 있다.

② 국방부장관은 전문인력 양성기관에 대하여 임기제부사관의 교육ㆍ훈련 등에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

③ 국방부장관은 전문인력 양성기관의 운영성과를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 평가할 수 있다.

④ 국방부장관은 전문인력 양성기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

⑤ 국방부장관은 제4항에 따라 전문인력 양성기관의 지정을 취소하려면 청문을 하여야 한다.

(5) To투 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 personnel퍼서넬 training트^r레이닝 institution인스티투션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 National내셔늘 Defense디^f펜스 shall섈 hold호울드 a어 hearing.히^r링

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문인력 양성기관의 지정 및 지원, 운영성과 평가, 지정 취소 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
