병역법 제74조의4(병력동원소집등 관련 직장 보장)

국가기관ㆍ지방자치단체의 장 또는 고용주는 소속 공무원 또는 소속 임직원이 병력동원소집등에 응하여 그 의무를 이행하는 때에는 그 소집된 기간 또는 검사일을 휴무로 처리하거나 그 병력동원소집등을 이유로 불리하게 처우하지 못한다. <개정 2025.3.18>
