병역법 제80조(병무행정에 대한 협조)

① 병무행정관서의 장은 직무를 수행할 때 필요하면 국가기관, 지방자치단체의 장 또는 정보처리ㆍ통신시설을 보유하는 기관의 장에게 병무행정에 대한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 이에 협조하여야 하며, 정당한 사유 없이 거부하지 못한다.
