병역법 제80조의2(가족관계등록 전산정보의 공동이용)

병무청장, 지방병무청장 및 병무지청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 병무행정에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 「전자정부법」에 따라 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조제4항에 따른 전산정보자료를 공동이용(「개인정보 보호법」 제2조제2호에 따른 처리를 포함한다)할 수 있다.
