보험업법 제127조(기초서류의 작성 및 제출 등)

① 보험회사는 취급하려는 보험상품에 관한 기초서류를 작성하여야 한다.

② 보험회사는 기초서류를 작성하거나 변경하려는 경우 그 내용이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 한정하여 미리 금융위원회에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24, 2020.12.8>

(2) When웬 an앤 insurance인슈^r런스 company컴퍼니 intends인텐즈 to투 prepare프^r리페어 or오 change체인지 basic베이식 documents,다큐먼츠 it잇 shall섈 report^r리포트 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 in인 advance어드^v밴스 only온리 where웨어 their^ð데어 content칸텐트 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 subparagraphs:서브패^r러그^r래^f프스

③ 금융위원회는 보험계약자 보호 등을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 보험회사에 대하여 취급하고 있는 보험상품의 기초서류에 관한 자료 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.8>

④ 금융위원회는 제2항에 따른 신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2020.12.8>

⑤ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 신고 또는 제출의 절차 및 방법과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
