보험업법 제131조의2(보험금 지급불능 등에 대한 조치)

금융위원회는 보험회사의 파산 또는 보험금 지급불능 우려 등 보험계약자의 이익을 크게 해칠 우려가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 보험계약 체결 제한, 보험금 전부 또는 일부의 지급정지 또는 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다.
