보험업법 제169조(보험금의 지급)

① 손해보험협회의 장은 제167조에 따른 보고를 받으면 금융위원회의 확인을 거쳐 손해보험계약의 제3자에게 대통령령으로 정하는 보험금을 지급하여야 한다.
