보험업법 제69조(해산의 공고)

① 상호회사가 해산을 결의한 경우에는 그 결의가 제139조에 따라 인가를 받은 날부터 2주 이내에 결의의 요지와 재무상태표를 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 제1항의 경우에는 제141조제2항부터 제4항까지, 제145조 및 제149조를 준용한다.
