보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제46조의4(보호장구 사용의 고지 등)

① 제46조의3제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 보호장구를 사용할 경우에는 보호관찰 대상자에게 그 사유를 알려주어야 한다. 다만, 상황이 급박하여 시간적인 여유가 없을 때에는 보호장구 사용 직후 지체 없이 알려주어야 한다.

② 제46조의3제1항제4호 및 제5호의 보호장구를 사용할 경우에는 사전에 상대방에게 이를 경고하여야 한다. 다만, 상황이 급박하여 경고할 시간적인 여유가 없는 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
