보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제5조(설치)

① 보호관찰에 관한 사항을 심사ㆍ결정하기 위하여 법무부장관 소속으로 보호관찰 심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.
