보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제61조(사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 집행 담당자)

① 사회봉사명령 또는 수강명령은 보호관찰관이 집행한다. 다만, 보호관찰관은 국공립기관이나 그 밖의 단체에 그 집행의 전부 또는 일부를 위탁할 수 있다.

② 보호관찰관은 사회봉사명령 또는 수강명령의 집행을 국공립기관이나 그 밖의 단체에 위탁한 때에는 이를 법원 또는 법원의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 법원은 법원 소속 공무원으로 하여금 사회봉사 또는 수강할 시설 또는 강의가 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자의 교화ㆍ개선에 적당한지 여부와 그 운영 실태를 조사ㆍ보고하도록 하고, 부적당하다고 인정하면 그 집행의 위탁을 취소할 수 있다.

④ 보호관찰관은 사회봉사명령 또는 수강명령의 집행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 국공립기관이나 그 밖의 단체에 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
