Act on Probation, etc., Article 93 (Legal Fiction as Public Officials for Purposes of Penalty Provisions)
공단의 임직원은 「형법」과 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
Officers and employees of the Agency shall be deemed public officials for the purposes of penalty provisions under the Criminal Act and other Acts.
