등기관의 결정 또는 처분에 이의가 있는 자는 그 결정 또는 처분을 한 등기관이 속한 지방법원(이하 이 장에서 "관할 지방법원"이라 한다)에 이의신청을 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.9.20>
