부동산등기법 제71조(요역지지역권의 등기사항)

Registration of Real Estate Act, Article 71 (Matters to Be Registered for Servitude on Dominant Land)

① 등기관이 승역지에 지역권설정의 등기를 하였을 때에는 직권으로 요역지의 등기기록에 다음 각 호의 사항을 기록하여야 한다.
