부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률 시행령 제36조(법 위반행위의 신고처리 결과에 대한 이의신청)

① 신고자는 법 제14조제5항에 따라 이의신청을 하려는 경우에는 같은 조 제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 조사등에 대한 결과를 통보받은 날부터 7일 이내에 이의신청의 경위와 이유를 적은 신청서에 필요한 자료를 첨부하여 서면으로 신청할 수 있다.

② 법 제14조제5항에 따라 이의신청을 받은 조사기관 또는 국민권익위원회는 이의신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 이의신청에 대한 결정을 통지하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 이의신청에 대한 결정의 통지와 법 제14조제7항에 따른 재조사 결과의 통지에 대해서는 다시 이의신청을 할 수 없다.
