부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(소속기관장의 조사 결과의 통보 방법 등)

① 소속기관장은 법 제7조제2항에 따라 신고를 받은 경우에는 조사를 마친 날부터 10일 이내에 조사의 결과를 신고자에게 서면으로 통보하여야 한다.

② 소속기관장이 제1항에 따라 통보하는 조사 결과에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
