사립학교법 시행령 제14조(예산과 결산의 보고 및 공시)

①법 제31조제1항의 규정에 의하여 학교법인이 예산 및 결산을 관할청에 보고하고 공시함에 있어서는 예산의 경우에는 매 회계연도 개시 5일이전에, 결산의 경우에는 매 회계연도 종료 후 3월이내에 하여야 한다. <개정 1986.7.9, 1990.7.19, 1998.11.3, 2006.6.23>

② 학교법인은 회계연도 중에 예산을 추가하거나 경정(更正)할 때에는 법 제29조제4항에 따른 절차를 통하여 예산이 확정된 날(유치원의 경우에는 편성된 날을 말한다)부터 15일 이내에 해당 예산을 관할청에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.22>

④학교법인은 학교법인의 업무에 속하는 회계와 학교에 속하는 회계의 예산서(「사학기관 재무ㆍ회계 규칙」 및 「사학기관 재무ㆍ회계 규칙에 대한 특례규칙」에 따른 부속명세서를 포함한다)를 매 회계연도 개시 5일 전까지 당해 학교의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게재하여 1년간 공개하여야 한다. <신설 2006.6.23>
