사립학교법 제32조의3(기금운용심의회의 설치 등)

① 대학교육기관의 장 및 대학교육기관을 설치ㆍ경영하는 학교법인의 이사장은 제32조의2제3항에 따른 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 기금운용심의회를 둔다.

② 기금운용심의회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다. 이 경우 제1호에 따른 교원, 직원 및 재학생은 각각 2명 이상, 제2호에 따른 외부 전문가는 2명 이상 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2021.9.24, 2025.11.11>

③ 기금운용심의회의 위원은 직무를 수행할 때 외부의 어떠한 지시나 간섭을 받지 아니한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 기금운용심의회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
