산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제7조(위원회의 회의)

① 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 회의는 고용노동부장관의 요구가 있거나 재적위원 과반수의 요구가 있을 때 소집한다. <개정 2010.7.12>

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Employment엠플로이먼트 and앤드 Labor레이버 or오 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members.멤버즈

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트
