① 공단은 보험급여 수급권자가 법 제83조제1항제1호에 해당하면 보험급여의 지급을 제한하기로 결정한 날 이후에 지급사유가 발생하는 휴업급여 또는 상병보상연금의 20일분(지급사유가 발생한 기간이 20일 미만이면 그 기간 해당분)에 상당하는 금액을 지급하지 않는다.
