산업재해보상보험법 제27조(자금의 차입 등)

① 공단은 제11조에 따른 사업을 위하여 필요하면 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아 자금을 차입(국제기구ㆍ외국 정부 또는 외국인으로부터의 차입을 포함한다)할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

② 공단은 회계연도마다 보험사업과 관련하여 지출이 수입을 초과하게 되면 제99조에 따른 책임준비금의 범위에서 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아 제95조에 따른 산업재해보상보험 및 예방 기금에서 이입(移入)하여 충당할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
