산업재해보상보험법 제38조(업무상질병판정위원회)

① 제37조제1항제2호에 따른 업무상 질병의 인정 여부를 심의하기 위하여 공단 소속 기관에 업무상질병판정위원회(이하 "판정위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) An앤 Occupational아큐페이셔늘 Disease디지즈 Adjudication어주더케이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Adjudication어주더케이션 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð디 affiliated어^f필리에이티드 agencies에이전시즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 whether웨^ð더 a어 disease디지즈 is이즈 recognized^r레커그나이즈드 as애즈 an앤 occupational아큐페이셔늘 disease디지즈 under언더 Article아터클 37 (1) 2.

② 판정위원회의 심의에서 제외되는 질병과 판정위원회의 심의 절차는 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

③ 판정위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
