상가건물 임대차보호법 시행령 제7조의6(위원회의 회의)

① 위원회의 회의는 매년 1회 개최되는 정기회의와 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 위원 3분의 1 이상이 요구하는 경우에 개최되는 임시회의로 구분하여 운영한다.

② 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 registered^r레지스터드 members멤버즈 present프^r레전트 and앤드 shall섈 make메이크 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회의 회의는 비공개로 한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 not낫 be비 open오우픈 to투 the^ð더 public.퍼블릭

⑤ 위원장은 위원이 아닌 사람을 회의에 참석하게 하여 의견을 듣거나 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등에 필요한 자료, 의견 제출 등 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
