Enforcement Decree of the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, Article 8 (Provision of Breakdown of Maintenance Fees)

① 임대인이 법 제19조의2제2항에 따라 임차인에게 제공하는 관리비 내역에는 다음 각 호의 비용 항목별 금액이 명시되어야 한다.

② 제1항제1호부터 제8호까지의 비용 항목에 포함되는 세부적인 내용은 별표 1과 같다.

③ 제1항에도 불구하고 임대인은 임차인이 임대인에게 납부해야 하는 월 관리비가 10만원 미만인 경우에는 제1항 각 호의 비용 항목별 금액은 생략하고, 관리비에 포함된 비용 항목만 표시하여 제공할 수 있다.
