상가건물 임대차보호법 제13조(전대차관계에 대한 적용 등)

① 제10조, 제10조의2, 제10조의8, 제10조의9(제10조 및 제10조의8에 관한 부분으로 한정한다), 제11조 및 제12조는 전대인(轉貸人)과 전차인(轉借人)의 전대차관계에 적용한다. <개정 2015.5.13, 2020.9.29>
