상법 제163조(임치기간)

①당사자가 임치기간을 정하지 아니한 때에는 창고업자는 임치물을 받은 날로부터 6월을 경과한 후에는 언제든지 이를 반환할 수 있다.

②전항의 경우에 임치물을 반환함에는 2주간전에 예고하여야 한다.
