상법 제623조(사채권자집회의 대표자 등의 특별배임죄)

사채권자집회의 대표자 또는 그 결의를 집행하는 자가 그 임무에 위배한 행위로써 재산상의 이익을 취하거나 제3자로 하여금 이를 취득하게 하여 사채권자에게 손해를 가한 때에는 7년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 1984.4.10, 1995.12.29>
