상법 제686조(집합보험의 목적)

집합된 물건을 일괄하여 보험의 목적으로 한 때에는 피보험자의 가족과 사용인의 물건도 보험의 목적에 포함된 것으로 한다. 이 경우에는 그 보험은 그 가족 또는 사용인을 위하여서도 체결한 것으로 본다.
