집합된 물건을 일괄하여 보험의 목적으로 한 때에는 그 목적에 속한 물건이 보험기간중에 수시로 교체된 경우에도 보험사고의 발생 시에 현존한 물건은 보험의 목적에 포함된 것으로 한다.
