상법 제734조(보험수익자지정권 등의 통지)

①보험계약자가 계약체결후에 보험수익자를 지정 또는 변경할 때에는 보험자에 대하여 그 통지를 하지 아니하면 이로써 보험자에게 대항하지 못한다.
