상법 제759조(지분의 양도)

선박공유자 사이에 조합관계가 있는 경우에도 각 공유자는 다른 공유자의 승낙 없이 그 지분을 타인에게 양도할 수 있다. 다만, 선박관리인의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
