상법 제86조의8(준용규정)

① 합자조합에 대하여는 제182조제1항, 제228조, 제253조, 제264조 및 제285조를 준용한다.

(1) Articles아터클즈 182 (1), 228, 253, 264, and앤드 285 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 limited리머티드 partnerships.파트너쉽스

② 업무집행조합원에 대하여는 제183조의2, 제198조, 제199조, 제200조의2, 제208조제2항, 제209조, 제212조 및 제287조를 준용한다. 다만, 제198조와 제199조는 조합계약에 다른 규정이 있으면 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 조합계약에 다른 규정이 없으면 유한책임조합원에 대하여는 제199조, 제272조, 제275조, 제277조, 제278조, 제283조 및 제284조를 준용한다.

④ 합자조합에 관하여는 이 법 또는 조합계약에 다른 규정이 없으면 「민법」 중 조합에 관한 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 유한책임조합원에 대하여는 「민법」 제712조 및 제713조는 준용하지 아니한다.
