상표법 제151조의2(산업재산권분쟁조정위원회 회부)

① 심판장은 심판사건을 합리적으로 해결하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 당사자의 동의를 받아 해당 심판사건의 절차를 중지하고 결정으로 해당 사건을 「발명진흥법」 제41조에 따른 산업재산권분쟁조정위원회(이하 "조정위원회"라 한다)에 회부할 수 있다.

② 심판장은 제1항에 따라 조정위원회에 회부한 때에는 해당 심판사건의 기록을 조정위원회에 송부하여야 한다.

③ 심판장은 조정위원회의 조정절차가 조정 불성립으로 종료되면 제1항에 따른 중지 결정을 취소하고 심판을 재개하며, 조정이 성립된 경우에는 해당 심판청구는 취하된 것으로 본다.
