성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률 제7조(신고의무 등)

① 「성매매방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률」 제5조제1항에 따른 지원시설 및 같은 법 제10조에 따른 성매매피해상담소의 장이나 종사자가 업무와 관련하여 성매매 피해사실을 알게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 수사기관에 신고하여야 한다.

② 누구든지 이 법에 규정된 범죄를 신고한 사람에게 그 신고를 이유로 불이익을 주어서는 아니 된다.

③ 다른 법률에 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 신고자등의 인적사항이나 사진 등 그 신원을 알 수 있는 정보나 자료를 인터넷 또는 출판물에 게재하거나 방송매체를 통하여 방송하여서는 아니 된다.
