소득세법 제172조(매각ㆍ등기ㆍ등록관계 서류 등의 열람 등)
Income Tax Act, Article 172 (Inspection of Documents Relating to Sales, Registration, etc.)
관할 세무서장, 관할 지방국세청장 또는 그 위임을 받은 세무공무원이 개인의 재산 상태와 소득을 파악하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 자료에 대한 관계 서류의 열람 또는 복사를 요청하는 경우 관계기관은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
Where the head of the competent tax office, the commissioner of the competent regional tax office, or a tax official delegated by either of them requests the inspection or copying of documents relating to the following data in order to ascertain an individual's assets and income, the relevant agencies shall comply unless there is a justifiable reason:
1. 주택, 토지, 공장재단, 광업재단, 선박, 항공기, 건설기계 및 자동차 등의 매각ㆍ등기ㆍ등록자료
1. Data on the sale, registration, or recording of houses, land, factory foundations, mining foundations, ships, aircraft, construction machinery, motor vehicles, etc.;
2. 「국민기초생활 보장법」에 따른 수급자 등의 소득ㆍ재산 및 급여 자료
2. Data on the income, assets, and benefits of recipients, etc. under the National Basic Living Security Act;
3. 「국민연금법」에 따른 가입자 등의 소득ㆍ재산 및 급여 자료
3. Data on the income, assets, and benefits of subscribers, etc. under the National Pension Act;
4. 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 가입자 등의 소득ㆍ재산 및 요양급여비용 자료
4. Data on the income, assets, and medical care benefit costs of subscribers, etc. under the National Health Insurance Act;
5. 「고용보험법」에 따른 피보험자 등의 임금 및 급여 자료
5. Data on the wages and benefits of insured persons, etc. under the Employment Insurance Act;
6. 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따른 수급권자 등의 임금 및 급여 자료
6. Data on the wages and benefits of beneficiaries, etc. under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act;
7. 제1호부터 제6호까지의 자료와 유사한 것으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자료
7. Data prescribed by Presidential Decree similar to the data under subparagraphs 1 through 6.
