소방기본법 제6조(소방업무에 관한 종합계획의 수립ㆍ시행 등)

① 소방청장은 화재, 재난ㆍ재해, 그 밖의 위급한 상황으로부터 국민의 생명ㆍ신체 및 재산을 보호하기 위하여 소방업무에 관한 종합계획(이하 이 조에서 "종합계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립ㆍ시행하여야 하고, 이에 필요한 재원을 확보하도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24, 2017.7.26>

(1) To투 protect프^r러텍트 people's피플즈 lives,리^v브즈 bodies바디즈 and앤드 property프^r라퍼티 from^f프^r럼 fires,^f파이어즈 disasters,디재스터즈 calamities컬래머티즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 emergencies,이머전시즈 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency에이전시 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan플랜 for^f포 fire-fighting^f파이어-^f파이팅 affairs어^f페어즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan"플랜 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years,이어즈 and앤드 shall섈 endeavor인데^v버 to투 secure시큐어 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 funds.^f펀즈

② 종합계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <신설 2015.7.24>

(3) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency에이전시 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan플랜 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) to투 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Mayors/Do메이어즈 Governors.거^v버너즈

④시ㆍ도지사는 관할 지역의 특성을 고려하여 종합계획의 시행에 필요한 세부계획(이하 이 조에서 "세부계획"이라 한다)을 매년 수립하여 소방청장에게 제출하여야 하며, 세부계획에 따른 소방업무를 성실히 수행하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24, 2017.7.26>

⑤ 소방청장은 소방업무의 체계적 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우 제4항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사가 제출한 세부계획의 보완 또는 수정을 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2015.7.24, 2017.7.26>

⑥ 그 밖에 종합계획 및 세부계획의 수립ㆍ시행에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2015.7.24>
