소비자기본법 시행령 제9조(소비자분쟁해결기준의 적용)

①다른 법령에 근거한 별도의 분쟁해결기준이 제8조의 소비자분쟁해결기준보다 소비자에게 유리한 경우에는 그 분쟁해결기준을 제8조의 소비자분쟁해결기준에 우선하여 적용한다.

②품목별 소비자분쟁해결기준에서 해당 품목에 대한 분쟁해결기준을 정하고 있지 아니한 경우에는 같은 기준에서 정한 유사품목에 대한 분쟁해결기준을 준용할 수 있다.

③품목별 소비자분쟁해결기준에서 동일한 피해에 대한 분쟁해결기준을 두 가지 이상 정하고 있는 경우에는 소비자가 선택하는 분쟁해결기준에 따른다.
