스토킹범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 법률 제6조(긴급응급조치의 통지 등)

① 사법경찰관은 긴급응급조치를 하는 경우에는 스토킹행위의 상대방등이나 그 법정대리인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2023.7.11>
