식품위생법 시행령 제14조(식품등의 재검사)

① 법 제23조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 그 소속 기관의 장"이란 지방식품의약품안전청장을 말한다.

② 법 제23조제1항에 따라 식품의약품안전처장(지방식품의약품안전청장을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다), 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 해당 영업자에게 해당 검사에 적용한 검사방법, 검체의 채취ㆍ취급방법 및 검사 결과를 해당 검사성적서 또는 검사증명서가 작성된 날부터 7일 이내에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
