식품위생법 시행령 제18조(소비자식품위생감시원의 자격 등)

① 법 제33조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 그 소속 기관의 장"이란 지방식품의약품안전청장을 말한다.

② 법 제33조제1항에 따른 소비자식품위생감시원(이하 "소비자식품위생감시원"이라 한다)으로 위촉될 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 법 제33조제2항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 제17조에 따른 식품위생감시원의 직무 중 같은 조 제8호에 따른 행정처분의 이행 여부 확인을 지원하는 업무를 말한다.

④ 법 제33조제4항에 따라 식품의약품안전처장(지방식품의약품안전청장을 포함한다. 이하 제5항에서 같다), 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 소비자식품위생감시원에 대하여 반기(半期)마다 식품위생법령 및 위해식품등 식별 등에 관한 교육을 실시하고, 소비자식품위생감시원이 직무를 수행하기 전에 그 직무에 관한 교육을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(4) Under언더 Article아터클 33 (4) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety세이^f프티 (including인클루딩 the^ð더 Directors더^r렉터즈 of어^v브 Regional^r리저늘 Offices오^f퍼시즈 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety;세이^f프티 the^ð더 same세임 applies어플라이즈 hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 in인 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (5)), a어 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 shall섈 provide프^r러^v바이드 consumer컨수머 food^f푸드 sanitation새너테이션 inspectors인스펙터즈 with위^ð드 education에저케이션 on안 food^f푸드 sanitation새너테이션 statutes,스태춧츠 the^ð디 identification아이덴터^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 hazardous해저더스 food,^f푸드 etc.,엣세터^r러 and앤드 related^r릴레이티드 matters매터즈 every에^v버^r리 half-year,해^f프-이어 and앤드 shall섈 provide프^r러^v바이드 education에저케이션 on안 their^ð데어 duties두티즈 before비^f포 consumer컨수머 food^f푸드 sanitation새너테이션 inspectors인스펙터즈 perform퍼^f폼 those^ð도우즈 duties.두티즈

⑤ 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 소비자식품위생감시원의 활동을 지원하기 위하여 예산 또는 법 제89조에 따른 식품진흥기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 범위에서 식품의약품안전처장이 정하는 바에 따라 수당 등을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 법 제33조제6항에 따른 단독출입의 승인 절차와 그 밖에 소비자식품위생감시원의 운영에 필요한 사항은 식품의약품안전처장이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑦ 법 제33조제7항에서 "조사기간, 조사범위, 조사담당자 및 관계 법령 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다. <신설 2016.7.26>
