식품위생법 시행령 제48조(동업자조합 설립단위 등)

① 법 제59조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 영업"이란 제21조 각 호의 영업을 말한다.

② 법 제59조제1항에 따라 설립하는 동업자조합(이하 "조합"이라 한다)의 설립단위는 전국으로 한다. 다만, 지역 또는 영업의 특수성 등으로 인하여 전국적 조합 설립이 불가능하다고 식품의약품안전처장이 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2010.3.15, 2013.3.23>
